Amendments to Protected Areas—1 July 2016 (Sub.Leg. 2016 No. 104)

Reinstating former classes of protected area under the Nature Conservation Act 1992:

  • conservation park (formerly regional park),
  • resources reserve (formerly regional park (resource use area)) and
  • national park (scientific) (formerly amalgamated into national park).
