Back on Track Actions for Biodiversity documents are available for each of the 14 Natural Resource Management (NRM) regions across Queensland using the results from the Back on Track species prioritisation framework.

The Actions for Biodiversity documents identify priority species and multi-species recovery actions that will achieve the greatest conservation benefits. They provide a framework to help direct management and research and a strategic approach to the recovery of threatened species.

Each document provides information on priority species for each NRM region, maps, major and minor threats impacting on priority species, and recovery actions to address major threats.

Actions for Biodiversity documents are based on information available as of September 2009 with some updates made in February 2010. The actions contained in these documents may be subject to modification due to changes in knowledge, the priority status of species, and their threats.
